Cook’s Assistant may be some players’ first RS quest, and how about a sequel to this quest in the form of Chef’s Assistant? This new bottle quest is coming in February, and there will be some adjustment on the quest list as well.
General information on Chef’s Assistant quest
Planned to release in February 2019, Chef’s Assistant RuneScape bottle quest will be a sequel to one of the oldest in-game quests, Cook’s Assistant. As a bottle quest created as part of a Game Jam project, it will bring some new foods and a use for the flavoured milk, strawberry milk and vanilla milk, from RuneScape player owned farm.
What is the RuneScape bottle quest?
A bottle quest is a quest developed using minimal new assets, usually with a focus on characterisation and world-building. There are serious bottle quests such as Wanted! or A Clockwork Syringe, and more lighthearted ones with new characters and locations, such as Call of the Ancestors and Back to the Freezer. Released in May 2018, RuneScape You Are It is also an intermediate bottle quest.
RuneScape quest list will be improved
It is revealed the develop team is going to take the opportunity to make some adjustment on quests with the release of Chef’s Assistant RuneScape quest. The quest list will be improved with some under-the-hood changes that should make quests easier to produce in the future.
